Returns Policy

Return Period
Our return policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we regrettably cannot offer refunds or exchanges. This policy ensures both quality control and customer satisfaction with our premium suits and accessories.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns on products that:
- Were shipped directly from ShopSuitara
- Are in their original, unworn condition
- Have all original tags and packaging intact
- Are accompanied by the original proof of purchase
- Show no signs of wear, alterations, or cleaning
Custom Tailored Items
For custom-tailored suits and garments:
- Orders cannot be cancelled or returned after 24 hours of placement
- Design modifications require consultation with our tailoring team
- Additional fees may apply for alterations or reproductions

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-tailored garments after the 24-hour cancellation period
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Accessories that have been used or show signs of wear
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Gift cards
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- Our quality control team will inspect the returned items
- You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return
- Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

- We are not responsible for items returned to incorrect addresses
